 We worked closely with the management team at a popular holiday park in the South-West of England, helping them train on the systems used (EliteLive) whilst improving the workflow.

Launched a second campaign for "Tradeshift", successfully digitizing 60%+ of purchase invoices. Reducing overall aged credits by 90%+ within 3 months.

A long-established car dealership faced a string of challenges due to COVID, resulting in increased Debtor days and an overreliance on overdraft facilities.

A friendly "touch-base" campaign with all customers enabled effective collection of overdue balances and a review of established credit terms, leading to a healthy "Cash on Hand and in Bank" and opportunities to invest.
